Explore Portugal’s second largest city, beautifully settled near the mouth of Douro’s river.  Porto, the country´s second largest city and one of Europe's most charismatic cities has carefully preserved its architectonic treasures. Drive to Porto centre where you will start this “historical” and unforgettable walk.  Enjoy a photo stop at Clerigos Tower, once the tallest structure in Portugal (exterior only) was designed by the architect Nicolau Nasoni. Continue to Lello Library, considered one of the most beautiful libraries in the world, with its neo-gothic façade. Walk to Aliados Avenue and then to Bolhão market where visitors will find fresh produce, meat, fish and flowers. Enjoy some free time and experience Porto’s unique character. Walk in the direction to São Bento Railway Station one of the city's grandest buildings with magnificent tiles by Jorge Colaço. Continue along charming Flores Street which connects to Ribeira quarter the part of the city near the river, considered World Heritage area. Enjoy some free time and admire the splendid views to Douro riverfront areas before the drive back to the pier.
