The cooking class takes place at the 'Casa Museo’ or House Museum. This traditional wooden house was constructed to imitate British colonial houses on the other neighbouring islands such as Jamaica and has been preserved as an example of how the wealthier islanders originally lived.

Your guides will explain the customs and traditions of the island families on this comprehensive introduction to San Andrés culture and cooking. A delicious traditional drink will be served on your arrival while you get prepared to start the class led by a local islander chef. You will have the opportunity to prepare some traditional dishes and taste the local gastronomy on this fun and interactive experience.
