Discount schemes on the Original Norwegian Coastal Express
For long-distance travel of up to five nights, we offer discount schemes that are calculated as a percentage of the normal fare (with eventual seasonal surcharge).
The discount applies to the travel ticket only and not to the cabin, food, etc.
Children (aged 0–3 years) –100% discount:
children aged 0–3 years who do not use a separate berth can travel for free. If they sleep in their own berth, the rate will be based on the price for children aged 4 years and over.
Children (aged 4–15 years) –50% discount:
this applies to the travel ticket for children aged 4–15 years.
Terms &Conditions:
- All discounts are available when ordering online.
- The concessionary discount requires an approved concessionary card from the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration.
- The above discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
- Only one of the above discounts can be applied when ordering. In other words, multiple discounts cannot be combined together.
- The discount applies to the travel ticket only, not to the cabin, food, etc. The discounts cannot be retroactively applied.
- The discounts do not apply to tours or other packages and special offers, and apply only to long-distance journeys of up to five days.
